When I described to her what was going on with my vehicle, Christina helped diagnose what was going on with the truck's transmission. She and one of her mechanics called me and walked me through steps to get my truck back into gear to make it back home without bringing the truck to her. She and her mechanic helped me get back to my family on time and in one piece.
